Return & Refund Policy – Ethere
- Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, pouches, and accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
- Earrings, customized jewellery, gift cards, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
- Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference (if approved), a ₹50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Products that fail the quality inspection will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.
- Ethere reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
